Restart the terminal, by pressing simultaneously the yellow and dot buttons, or disconnect the terminal from the power and reconnect it.

You have lost connection with your internet router / switch. Restart your terminal by pressing simultaneously the yellow and dot buttons, or disconnect the terminal and reconnect it.

Q? THE GPRS/3G CONNECTION ON MY MOBILE PAYMENT TERMINAL HAS STOPPED WORKING. WHAT SHOULD I DO

A.  

  • Check the signal strength:
     If the signal strength is too low or the display reads "NO SIGNAL", change your location by moving closer to a window or in an open space.
  • Restart:
     Switch off the terminal by pressing simultaneously the yellow and dot buttons. Then turn your terminal on, by pressing the green button.
  • Check your SIM card:
     Switch off the terminal by pressing simultaneously the yellow and dot buttons. Then open the rear cover of the terminal, remove and then re-insert the SIM card.
